By the league's rankings, the San Diego Chargers should be one of the NFL's top teams. But the Chargers and their No. 1 ranked offense and No. 1 ranked defense will be trying to snap a three-game losing streak Sunday when they host the surging Tennessee Titans. The Titans are looking to improve to 4-0 on the road this season while San Diego quarterback Philip Rivers aims to build on his run of success against the Titans, never having lost in three games against Tennessee.

But the Titans defense has an NFL high 12 interceptions and is tied with San Diego for the league lead with 25 sacks. And in his long, successful career, Titans' Head Coach Jeff Fisher has never beaten the Chargers, having gone 0-6. Vince Young could be back at quarterback for the Titans this week. Young got most of the practice work this week in the absence of Kerry Collins, who missed the week's key practice sessions because of a finger injury.

Young hasn't played since spraining his knee Oct. 18 against Jacksonville. San Diego is coming off a 23-20 loss to New England in which newly signed Chargers kicker Kris Brown saw his last-second 50-yard field goal bounce away off the upright. Brown is filling in for San Diego's injured Nate Kaeding, who's expected to miss his second game because of a groin injury.
