I should point out that the linked Huffington Post article quotes an expert who is certain that the "UFO" in question is actually an insect flying very close to the camera lens.
But I wholeheartedly dismiss that theory, because it's much more fun to believe that these are alien spacecraft, probably with little green men aboard who plan to touch down and do some probing of Curtis Painter.
Why would the aliens choose the Saints/Colts game? It's hard to say. Maybe to validate their theories that earthlings will watch anything if you put it on TV. Maybe they were checking up on Jim Caldwell, whom they planted on Earth in 1982. Maybe they were delivering the new neck parts that Peyton Manning ordered.
All we know for sure is that now, attending an NFL game puts you at risk for alien exploration and possible abduction. Plan accordingly.
