Blaine Gabbert gets ball; face full of Polamalu at the same time

This play goes down in the box score as nothing but an incomplete pass, and it wasn't terribly consequential in the outcome of the game, either. As a pure showcase of athleticism and instincts, though, it's a pretty incredible play by Troy Polamalu.

No offsides, nothing illegal -- Polamalu just somehow forced a bad throw on a one-step drop screen pass.

The score was 17-0 Steelers when that happened, and at that point, it looked like a mudstomping was in progress. Pittsburgh couldn't finish strong, though. Jacksonville tightened up their game on both sides of the ball in the second half, and actually had a chance to win on the last play. The Hail Mary failed, and Pittsburgh took home a 17-13 win to get to 4-2. Jacksonville is 1-5.
