Ronnie Brown's Future Uncertain With Miami Dolphins

DAVIE, Fla. -- One look at the franchise record books of the Miami Dolphins reveals just how prolific a tandem running backs Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams have been over the years as they occupy two of the top three spots in every major rushing category -- yards, attempts and touchdowns. But the prospect of both remaining with the team for another season seems to be growing less and less realistic, and Brown is looking more and more like the odd man out.

After Sunday's 38-7 loss at New England ended Miami's season at 7-9, Brown was asked if he thought that was his last game in a Dolphins uniform.

"Possibly. Possibly. I don't know," Brown said after rushing for just 14 yards on six carries and finishing 16 yards of shy of what he needed to earn a $500,000 bonus (750 yards). "The funny thing about it is I don't ultimately control everything, so a little bit of this is in my hands, but ultimately really it's not. Obviously when it comes to making a decision I have to do what's best for myself and my family, but at the same time it is a business and there's a business decision they have to make."
