As Jack Del Rio sees it, the standard rule was a bit different this week.Del Rio, the coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars, said when it came to recovering from a 34-24 loss to the Indianapolis Colts this past Sunday, the normal rule of allowing 24 hours didn't quite apply.
"Might have taken 36 hours," Tania Ganguli of the Florida Times-Union reported Del Rio saying via Twitter.
Still, Del Rio reiterated a point he has made since Sunday's loss:
That the Jaguars' season is far from over.
While the Sunday means the Colts (8-6) hold the tiebreaker advantage, the Jaguars (8-6) still can win the division by winning their final two games if Indianapolis loses either of its final two games. The Colts visit Oakland (7-7) Sunday and play host to Tennessee (6-8) in the regular-season finale.
