Vince Young made an appearance on the Tennessee Titans' sideline Sunday. But it doesn't sound as if being on the sidelines during a victory over the Houston Texans did much more to repair his relationship with Titans coach Jeff Fisher than his appearance at the team's practice facility Friday.
"I didn't even know he was there," Fisher said after a 31-17 victory over Houston Sunday in which Young spent the third quarter and part of the fourth quarter on the Titans' sideline.
"It's the first I've heard of it," Fisher added. "Glad he was with his teammates."
Young, the team's starting quarterback until a 19-16 overtime loss to Washington last month, hadn't been reported to be around the team since being placed on injured reserve with a thumb injury in late November.
