Maurice Jones-Drew missed practice for the Jacksonville Jaguars Wednesday.

Jones-Drew, the Jaguars' Pro Bowl running back who has rushed for more than 100 yards in each of the last six games, missed practice with a knee injury, but seems likely to play against the Indianapolis Colts Sunday.
