The fourth quarter magic had a familiar ring. In a John Elway-style comeback, Tim Tebow passed for a touchdown and scrambled for another, both in the final period, and the Broncos rallied to beat the Houston Texans 24-23 Sunday.
Tebow passed for 308 yards in his second career start, helping to give interim coach Eric Studesville his first win in three games since taking over for the fired Josh McDaniels. Players celebrated the win by showering Studesville with Gatorade after the victory was secured.
It was just the Broncos second win in their last 11 games.
Houston quarterback Matt Schaub also went over 300-yards passing in the loss but his last pass was intercepted in the game's final moments.
