Seattle vs. Tampa Bay Preview, Score and More

Two teams in the hunt for the playoffs will play in Raymond James Stadium where the crowd might reach 40,000 the day after Christmas. There might not be much enthusiasm in the stands, but there will be a lot on the field.

If the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (8-6) lose they are definitely out of the playoffs. However, If the Seattle Seahawks (6-8) lose, the Seahawks would still have a chance to claim the NFC West, believe it or not.

Tampa Bay is going to need its offense to power-up because the defense is injury-riddled and not holding-up against the run or pass. The Bucs have given up late scores in their last two games, which cost them wins.

Seattle quarterback Matt Hasselbeck was benched against the Falcons last week for poor decisions and poor throws. He has thrown ten interceptions in the last four games with an injured wrist. He can reclaim some status with a good game against the Bucs' rebuilt defense.
