Chad Pennington Reportedly Done for Season With Shoulder Injury

Miami Dolphins' Chad Pennington injuryveteran quarterback Chad Pennington is done for the season after injuring his right shoulder on the first play of Sunday's 29-17 home victory over the Tennessee Titans, according to a report by ESPN's Tim Graham,

The team has not yet made a public confirmation.

Pennington stayed in the game for one more play after suffering the injury, which occurred when he was hit by Tennessee's Jason Babin on a first-down passing attempt and his arm awkwardly slammed into the back of left tackle Jake Long on his follow-through. After completing a 19-yard pass to Brian Hartline on second down, Pennington called timeout and went to the sideline.
