Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Sidney Rice finally looks like he's ready to take the field for the first time this season.Vikings coach Brad Childress said that Rice, who has been out the entire season with a hip injury, practiced "very hard" on Thursday, and that while he has had some "tweaks" with his hip, he has had no serious setbacks.
It appears that Rice will be activated on Friday or Saturday and play in Sunday's game. Rice was the Vikings' best receiver in 2009, and getting him back should be a huge boost to the Vikings' offense for the second half of the season.
