Seven weeks after he tore a groin at Philadelphia, long-time starting running back Clinton Portis will return to action Sunday when Washington visits Tennessee."It's exciting to be back," said Portis, who's just 109 yards from becoming the 25th player in NFL history to rush for 10,000. "I've had an opportunity to go out and test (the groin). ... It's all good."
That's how Redskins coach Mike Shanahan feels about having Portis back, especially with Ryan Torain, who started Weeks 5-8 in his place, out for a second straight game with a pulled hamstring.
